Bibiana González Rave suspects she may have wine running through her veins, and there is little reason to doubt her. Cattleya is the result of a lifetime of dedication and passion for making wine around the world, and now from her home, here in Northern California. She partners with extraordinary growers to handcraft extremely small amounts of wine from these prized grapes. Named after the Cattleya orchid, the national flower of her native country, Colombia, it is a perfect name for these wines, as the orchid is the ultimate expression of dedication (in its growing) and beauty (that which comes naturally.) A mere 25 cases were made of this inaugural wine, and there are only 13 3-packs available to Northern California.
